General Questions

The shipping and/or handling fee is charged based on the supplier. Some offer free shipping and you will know when the products offered from that supplier.

For drop shipping orders, please make sure you set at least 4 business days as handling time on your Amazon item. On Ebay, you can set 3 business days which is fine.

Shipping is ONLY available in the lower 48 states. Shipping to APO/FPO and PO Boxes will not be offered.

Free return is ONLY offered when the item is damaged or defective. If you are returning item with defective and damaged reasons, the item will be tested by the warehouse team upon receiving and if the defect isn’t found, you’ll be charged return shipping fee. All other return reasons will be charged in return shipping. In case the supplier doesn’t approve the free return, we will pass the return shipping fee to you. That is something we cannot waive off.

Payments can be made by PayPal or US bank transfer. No local payments can be accepted at this time. You’ll be responsible for all the transaction fees.

We accept 14 days return for damaged or defective products.

Refunds cannot be issued if the order cannot be cancelled by the supplier. If the items are shipped, it can be returned only by you with a return shipping fee paid.
